Our shipping policy
Order processing time
We are a small company and aim to prepare and ship your order with utmost care and as soon as possible. On average it takes 1-3 days to have your order ready and shipped. If due to certain circumstances we cannot handle your order within this timeframe, we will notify you and offer you a feasible solution.
If you need to receive your order by a certain date, please notify us/ add a note to the order so that we take it into account as much as possible.
We hand craft all our products in small batches and some products could run out of stock pretty fast. Our elixirs take several weeks to prepare ~ in case your desired product is out of stock, please let us know which one you are interested in and we will reserve it for you and notify you when it's available again.
We ship your order using the service of Correos with Track & Trace option. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. If you'd like to have your order shipped using a different postal operator or an express service, please get in touch with us and we can look at the options available for you.
Also, if you'd like your order shipped without the Track & Trace option, contact us. However, please keep in mind, when you choose to have your order shipped without tracking, the package is not insured and we do not bear any responsibility if by any chance the package is misplaced, lost or not delivered to you.

Returns & refunds
For us it is very important to have satisfied customers, thus if there are any issues with your order (eg. product is damaged) please contact us immediately (within 1-2 days of receipt) and we are happy to work together to find a good solution.
All our products are for personal use and follow high standards of hygiene, thus we do not accept any returns for the face & body creams, herbal tea and smoke blends, our partner products, and any other elixir that has been opened (bottle seal broken). If for any reason you wish to return an elixir that you bought and the bottle is not open, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return procedure. The return shipping cost will be covered by the customer and the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
